The reverse digital effect / The value of digital content

The divide between digital and hand-written content could be blurred even further with the launch of a clever little robot who will turn your tweets into hand-written letters.

So, here's the concept, snack company Kind have teamed up with technology company Bond to get more messages of support out to troops during Military Appreciation Month. By using #thankskindly anyone can send a tweet-sized message to Bond's robot, which will then take your digitised message and add a "human touch" so it can be sent on to serving soldiers.

Adobe Publish will shine this summer

Ah, the social election! A somewhat unpaved and treacherous path full of unexpected twists, turns and bumps.

When it comes to our elections here in the UK, using social media to strengthen your lead is a relatively new phenomenon. Yes, past elections have been been crowned our 'first social elections' but this time around things are slightly different. Never before have we seen parties and candidates engaging with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter on such an intense level.

Is TLDR the future of content consumption?

Digiday have recently launched TLDR: a nifty way of condensing longer content into bite-sized chunks. Is this a sensible response to changing reading habits, or a symptom of a growing inability to consume longer content?

'But isn't TLDR just the same as writing a teaser for a story?' I hear you ask.
